First, try playing the video on your phone with wifi. If you're able to play the video successfully on your phone with wifi, the issue is most likely being caused by something with your computer's browser or firewall. To fix this issue, try the following:
Make sure you're using the most updated version of your current browser (Safari, Firefox, etc.)
Try a different browser and see if the issue persists on there (i.e., if you're using Safari, try Google Chrome)
Disable any AdBlock extensions you may have installed on your browser - these can block external links embedded in our site pages.
If you were unable to play the video on your phone with WiFi, next try playing it without WiFi (i.e., using data). If you're able to play the video using data, the issue is with your WiFi connection. Public WiFi networks tend to block videos to reduce bandwidth consumption. In this case, you should try viewing the videos on another WiFi network.
